When it comes to yard care, springtime is the busiest; from lawn services such as aerating, fertilizer, and grub prevention, to tree services like fertilizing, pruning and spraying, etc. Having all of those services so close together can break the family budget. We at Moore Green understand that and we don’t want you to have to sacrifice protecting a part of your yard to protect the family income. For this purpose, we allow our customers to setup no-interest, equal monthly pay plans, also known as an installment plan.
Setting up an installment plan is simple. We take the total cost of all of the services you want for the year and divide it by the number of months left in the year. This way, you spend the same amount every month. If you want to add services during the year, you can add them to your plan, or pay for them separately, whichever you choose. You can even have multiple installment plans, one for your winter pruning and the other for lawn services. Simply e-mail or call us and one of our talented office staff will set that up for you.
Title: Steps You Can Take to Make Mosquitoes Feel Unwanted
Nothing ruins a lovely evening outdoors more than the high-pitched buzzing of a mosquito, followed by sessions of itching legs, arms, and necks for days afterwards. Here are two things you can do to your yard to uninvite those pests:
- Trim the bushes and thin the trees – mosquitoes need to avoid direct sunlight during the day, otherwise they quickly dehydrate. They hide on the underside of leaves and in shady areas.
- Drain standing water – mosquitoes need still water to breed. You may be surprised where you find standing water. Buckets, tools, tires, toys, tree trunks, rain gutters, hanging baskets, ponds, and pools capture water from rain and sprinklers, providing places to breed.
