When bad weather (wind, rain, snow) happens on your service day, we generally try to return within the next business day or two. Sometimes the weather clears early in the day and we get a later start, which may mean that we can’t get to all of our scheduled stops. We make every effort to text or call those we don’t get to.
When weather happens soon after your treatments, we ask you to watch the condition of the lawn and weeds. If you don’t see a visual response in 10-14 days, please let us know. We guarantee our services and will gladly retreat after the two-week mark so that we don’t over-apply products.
We can’t control the weather, nor can we guarantee it! Sometimes we wish we could. However, we do guarantee our services to your satisfaction.
